Job Description:
As Office Administrator you will be reporting to the Directors and Accountants, you will be expected to perform the following tasks;

Manage internal and external post, emails and phone calls
Process Supplier and Customer Invoices on Sage Accounts
Run reports on Sage Accounts
Write reports using Microsoft Office /Word & Excel
Plan and organise travel arrangements for staff
Carry out any other duties that are reasonably asked of you
Using Dropbox to manage projects
Salary will be discussed at interview

Essential Criteria;

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Sage Accounts Level 2
Willingness to learn
Proficient in IT including Excel/Word/Sage
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Driving license would be an advantage

Job Description

Markey Drilling Ltd are currently recruiting for GNO2/NCO(2) Gas Main/Service Layers to work in Northern Ireland and ROI areas who will responsible for working safely under the direction of the Operations Directors and for helping to ensure that all gas services are installed on site in a safe and professional manner and to a high standard.

Main Duties

  • To be responsible to the Operations Director on a day to day basis
  • To work safely at all times and ensure safety of all those working around them.
  • To comply with the requirements of Markey Drilling Ltd Health and Safety, Quality and the Environment policies.
  • To report all accidents and near misses.
  • To attend toolbox talks
  • To work in accordance with the Operations Directors instructions
  • To attend training and update courses as required
  • To help to maintain a safe and tidy site.
  • To assist with recording accurately details of work undertaken.
  • To understand role as part of a Utility Connection Provider organisation
  • To represent Markey Drilling Ltd in a professional manner at all times to ensure customer satisfaction

  • An understanding of on-site health and safety
  • Ideally you will hold a NRSWA Streetworks Operative qualification
